If you see blue-green algae, record the following information: Date, Time Location, Name, Phone Number, Photo

- Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) - To report an algal bloom, call (855) 305-3903 or submit online
- Florida Department of Health (FDoH) - To report a human illness related to an algal bloom, call (800) 222-1222 or email askeh@flhealth.gov
- Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) - To report a fish kill or diseased fish, call (800) 636-0511 or submit online
