Army Corps attends public meeting in Stuart, discusses Lake O discharges with residents
Lake Okeechobee discharges have started, and people who live in communities near the impacted waterways are not so happy.
“Great community group here to kind of call them out but also call out and say ‘hey, we are concerned and this is why,” said Mark Perry, the Executive Director & CEO of the Florida Oceanographic Society, and the President of the Rivers Coalition.
