Guided Beach Walks

Join our Education Department for an unforgettable Guided Beach Walk, where you’ll explore the unique plants, animals, and ecosystems that make our local beaches so special. Learn about the oceanographic and geological processes that shape our shorelines and dunes, and uncover the hidden treasures of Florida’s coastal habitats.

Perfect for all ages, these fun and educational experiences are a great way to connect with nature and deepen your understanding of our beautiful environment.

Saturday Jan 4, Jan 18, Feb 1, and Feb 15
Thursday Jan 9, Jan 23, Feb 6, and Feb 20

Time: 8am - 9:30 am

Dates & Registration

Program Fee: $10 for the General Public,  $5 for current Members and Volunteers. Children ages 2 and under are FREE, but should be included during the registration process. 

In addition to public beach walks, we also offer private guided beach walks for groups of 10 or fewer individuals. These educational programs are an ideal opportunity for families or groups of friends who would like to enjoy their own special guided beach walk experience.
