Learn more about Florida Oceanographic Society and our coastal ecosystems by inviting a member of our team to speak to your organization or club. We can offer an expert-led presentation on the topic of your choice or a general outreach presentation.
Expert-led Presentation: Welcome one of our staff experts to speak on topics that relates to our mission, such as:
- Advocacy - Lake Okeechobee and our Waterways
- Education - Sea Turtle, Invasive Reptiles, Fish Biology
- Research & Conservation - Restoration Science, Water Quality
Program Length: 45 – 90 minutes, dependent on topic.
Presentation Cost: $200 donation to Florida Oceanographic Society
*Available in Martin & St. Lucie Counties. Other areas may incur a travel fee. If you are outside the area, a virtual program may also be an option.
General Outreach: Learn more about Florida Oceanographic Society’s education, research and advocacy efforts, as well as how you can get involved in our mission. Presentations run approx. 20 minutes and will be conducted by our Community Engagement Coordinator. Donations are welcome.
